With 2019, a new chapter began for me. 2018 was a milestone year. Equally, an important event occurred in 2019. Suseela and I completed 25 years in our marriage. Thus, this one event is the most cherished amongst all the memories of 2019. This post reflects upon two other memories of 2019. K. Vaitheeswaran, the author of Failing to Succeed answers ‘I do not know’ to the question about his bitterness. There is, however, a good portion of bitterness in his book. The reason for this can be possibly found in his statement: What really hurt was the way we died? There are wonderful insights into every aspect of the value chain of the e-commerce industry. The book includes plethora of ideas – small & big, dos & don’ts, strategies & tactics, and much more for the e-commerce industry & players.
